Thanks for your interest in joining the Plastic Toys street team. This is an opportunity for you to get involved and really make a difference to the band as well as meet some cool people along the way.

We already owe so much to the people who have actively supported us since we first formed. Word of mouth and enthusiasm from you, our fans is what will really get Plastic Toys out there, not a big label or glossy magazine.

So how is this all going to work? Well once you're signed in you'll see a page with all the latest street team info on detailing what promotion to do and where and how to do it.

We're mainly talking about promoting gigs near you, up coming releases or just spreading the name everywhere. Now you might get some people who tear up the flyer you just handed them saying we suck, but usually people are interested to hear about new music, especially when you tell them about what you're doing and they see how loyal our fans our.

So when you're working your arse off at 4am putting up banners on your myspace page, or carrying a huge bag of flyers around town whilst all your friends are out partying be sure that we're keeping our end of the bargain. We're out there too handing out flyers, driving ourselves through the night to the next show and sitting online fixing our wesbite whilst all our friends are out partying.
